All sales are final unless Spiced Living failed to send you the correct item or item arrives damaged. If item arrives damaged, let us know within 3 business days so that we may ship out a replacement. If a replacement is not available, we will send out compatible item.
If you selected customer pickup at checkout, we will notify you when your order is ready for pickup (Within 3 days). After we notify you, you have 7 days to pick up your order or it will be canceled and a 30% restocking fee will be charged.
