I am thrilled to announce I am opening up my wellness community for December! Join me and a community of like-minded and determined women as we work to reach our goals and get serious about our health and wellness. Let’s get a head start before the Holiday cakes, pies, potlucks and parties!
The She’s Got the Spice 4-Week Program for December includes:
✅4 live virtual workout sessions (45 minutes each)
Workouts for all levels (mobility, weight training, seated chair fitness, etc.)All are recorded.
✅ Meal plan, prep tips and guidance (I give a lesson on how to count your macros based on your weight, height and how much weight your want to lose or gain per week)
✅Pop up fitness classes and cooking classes (virtual)
✅Coaching check-ins Direct Email access to me
✅Community Support- women all on a mission
