2016 is here and if you are anything like me, you've been really naughty in the kitchen the past few months. With the launch of my Sweet Shoppe and Spice Collection, I've had to sample everything! My new creations made in my test kitchen ended up in my belly. I am getting back on track and I want you to join me!
The Righteously Fit Winter Won't Win Challenge kicks off on January 4, 2016. I am committing to following a strict meal plan, exercising at least 3 times per week for at least 30 minutes, and getting at least 8 hours of sleep every night. I also commit to being totally transparent. I will weigh in live on Periscope on January 4, 9pm EST. I will also take measurements of my body. (I'm crazy!) I will also set my goal live on Periscope.
Here on my blog, I will post my shopping list and meal plan for the upcoming week. I will also post my workouts for the week. My workouts will NOT require a gym, so save that membership $$ that we all waste.
To be prepared for Day 1 of the challenge, you will need to make sure you have the following:
- Tailor's Tape Measure or any soft/flexible measuring tape
- Food from Week 1 shopping list
- Periscope (download the app from your app store. This will be our main mode of communication). All of my Periscope cooking shows will feature an item from our weekly meal plan. I will also ask some of you to Periscope your progress, so be ready! Follow me @righteouslyfitfoodie and my hubby @righteouslyfit
Will you commit with me? The challenge runs through the first day of spring, March 22. If we are successful, I will host a Spring challenge as well.
